Summary:
Lenderhive came to us with an idea — a smarter, faster way to connect borrowers and brokers. We turned that idea into a brand, a platform, and a performance-driven marketing machine.

Challenge:
Lenderhive’s founders had a clear vision: simplify the mortgage lead generation process through tech and transparency. They needed a brand that inspired trust, a seamless UX for both consumers and brokers, and a web and mobile experience that could scale nationally.

Approach:
We started with the brand — crafting a confident identity built around clarity, connectivity, and growth. From there, our team designed a sleek, intuitive product experience that simplified complex user journeys into a few effortless steps.

  • Branding: Modern identity and visual system representing connection and clarity.

  • Product Design: Fully responsive web platform and companion mobile app.

  • UX/UI: Data-led journey mapping to maximise lead quality and conversion.

  • Backend & Integration: CRM-ready lead delivery with custom analytics dashboard.

Once live, we shifted focus to Phase 2 — turning awareness into acquisition. Through targeted Google PPC, social media marketing, and performance-led content, LenderHive is now generating 20+ qualified mortgage leads per day with a 6.1x ROAS, scaling month by month.

Outcome:
A high-performing digital brand that feels premium, functions flawlessly, and converts consistently. Lenderhive is now positioned as one of the most efficient mortgage lead generation platforms in the UK.
